AppealRoute Digital Product Refund Policy

AppealRoute sells downloadable digital products that are delivered electronically after purchase. Because digital files can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally final once the digital product has been delivered or accessed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical problem receiving or opening your purchase, contact admin@appealroute.com. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a replacement copy.

AppealRoute does not guarantee that use of the toolkit will result in approval of an insurance claim, authorization, appeal, reimbursement, or any particular outcome. Dissatisfaction with an insurer's decision is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
