AppealRoute Terms of Service
AppealRoute provides educational and organizational digital materials intended to help users understand and organize the administrative process surrounding health-insurance denials and appeals.
Educational purposes only. AppealRoute is not a law firm, medical provider, health insurer, insurance producer, claims representative, financial adviser, or patient representative. AppealRoute does not provide medical, legal, financial, or insurance advice and does not create a professional-client relationship.
No representation or guarantee. AppealRoute does not determine insurance coverage, make medical-necessity determinations, communicate with an insurer on your behalf, submit appeals on your behalf, or guarantee approval, reimbursement, payment, coverage, or any other outcome.
Your responsibility. You are responsible for verifying all deadlines, coverage requirements, appeal procedures, submission requirements, and other instructions using your denial notice, insurance plan documents, insurer communications, applicable government resources, and qualified professionals when appropriate.
Accuracy of information. You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit to an insurer, healthcare provider, government agency, employer, or other party is truthful and accurate. AppealRoute materials should not be used to misrepresent, alter, or fabricate information.
Personal-use license. Your purchase provides a limited license to use the AppealRoute digital materials for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce for commercial purposes, publicly publish, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the files without written permission from AppealRoute.
Digital delivery. AppealRoute products are delivered electronically. You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device and retaining your downloaded files.
Limitation of service. Insurance rules, appeal rights, deadlines, and procedures can differ by plan, jurisdiction, and type of coverage. AppealRoute materials are general-purpose tools and may not address every circumstance.
By purchasing or using AppealRoute materials, you agree to these Terms of Service and to use the materials lawfully.
